Day 1: Wake-Up Flow

On the first day of Christmas, yoga gave to me... a flow to help me greet the day, get up and go!

Happy 12 Days of Yoga!

Day 1 is a nice 10 minute wake up flow practice. Perfect for when you're short of time but want to start your day with intention in your body, mind and heart.

This little practice feels great in the morning but also works any time you need a little movement snack in the day. No props required — just you, your breath and a desire to get moving.
