SIX  60 minute 1-1 sessions 
Perhaps you have been away from the mat for a while, perhaps you have never stepped foot on a yoga mat but have a curiosity as to how a yoga practice may look (and feel) . Or perhaps you are looking for an opportunity to simply be lead through a practice bespoke to your needs. No matter, what your reason, N O U R I S H is a beautiful way to feed and tend to your body-mind requirements. 
NOURISH 1-1 sessions tailored to your bespoke needs is the most wonderful way to nurture and guide you down from your busy, often over crowded head space  and back home into your body. 
Feeling connected, grounded, vital and resilient is birth right and one we so often forgo in the pursuit of fast paced modern day ideals. 


To recognise( or to remember)  how we can use your breath, your body and intention to nurture our body-mind health is perhaps the most potent gift we could ever give ourselves and I would be honored to create a well rounded yoga practice comprising of movement/breath/rest that meets your specific requirements guiding you to a place of balance


What you will receive

~Before your first session you will receive some questions from me which will help me to create a bespoke practice to meet you as you are and support you as you need to be. 
Maybe you are pregnant. Perhaps you have just had a baby. Perhaps you are facing challenges as you traverse midlife .
You maybe recovering from illness or injury
or a simply curious to pick up some pointers before joining a group class in a gym/yoga setting. What ever the reason, it will be a pleasure to create these sessions for you.
~ 6 x 60 weekly or bi-weekly yoga sessions 
with a follow up email of what we covered in the session. This can be in person (if close to Cambridge ) or via Zoom.
~ free access for up to 3 classes for the duarton of our time together for my Tuesday night on line zoom.
It will be a joy to hold this space and journey alongside you over these six sessions.
