My N O U R I S H 1-2-1 yoga sessions are available in person if you live in or around Cambridge, or can be online over Zoom, wherever you live.

Six Nourishing 1-2-1 Yoga Sessions To Bring Back Your Balance


Perhaps you’ve never experienced the nourishing power of yoga before.

Maybe life has taken over, so you’ve been away from the mat for a while.

Or perhaps you’d like to be lead through a bespoke yoga practice designed to meet your individual needs.


My six session N O U R I S H yoga offering is a beautiful way to feed and tend to your mind and body, reconnect with yourself, calm an over-stimulated mind and step away from the rush of life, into tranquillity and rest.


Before your first yoga session, I’ll ask you some questions to help me to create a bespoke practice to meet you as you are and support you as you need to be. 

Maybe you’re pregnant, or you’ve just had a baby.

Perhaps you are facing challenges as you navigate midlife.
You may be recovering from illness or injury and need individual support to regain your wellbeing.

Or maybe you’d like to gain a grounding in yoga techniques, to give you confidence before you join a group yoga class for the first time.


Whatever your reason, I’ll be delighted to create six customised yoga sessions to meet your individual needs.

Feeling connected, grounded and resilient is birth right, and one we so often forgo in today’s extremely busy, demanding society. 

What Your N O U R I S H Course Will Include

We’ll complete six 60 minute weekly or bi-weekly yoga sessions together. If you live close to Cambridge we can hold the sessions in person, or we can use Zoom if you live elsewhere.


After each yoga session, I’ll email you to remind you of what we covered, to help you practice yoga at home.

You’ll also receive free access for up to three Tuesday night online Zoom yoga classes for the duration of our time together, plus access to the recordings.


It will be a joy to hold this space and journey alongside you over your six bespoke yoga sessions.
