Yoga serves as a potent way to (re)connect to ourselves, amidst the fast paced often hectic lives that we lead.
We are busy. Life is busy, amplified by the strange belief that there is glory to be had by being ‘so busy’ at the moment. But to what expense? In our perpetual state and drive for wanting/needing/desiring more, what are we over looking or worse still sacrificing?
When we move from a busy, scattered head space alongside a ramped up nervous system, we can find ourselves in a state of chronic stress, operating less and less from a place of calm abiding and balance.
Rather than just battling our way through this place of chronic overload, yoga can provide us with the tools to have a soft space to land . A place where you can come back to yourself and anchor into your body-mind and breath, fully and wholly. Sometimes it is jut a matter of re-membering how to do this
1-1 sessions tailored to your bespoke needs can be the most wonderful way to guide you back home to you. To recognise how you can use intention alongside your breath, your body, and other holistic tools to wrap yourself up in a tender cloak of compassion.
Of course, there are many reasons we may choose to invest our precious time into tailor made one to one yoga sessions
Perhaps you have been away from the mat for a while, perhaps you have never stepped foot on a yoga mat but have a curiosity as to how a yoga practice may look (and feel) . or you have specific needs following an injury or illness that you would like to work on Or perhaps you are simply looking for an opportunity to be lead through a practice bespoke to your needs. No matter what your reason private 1-1 classes are a beautiful way to feed and tend to your body-mind needs at your own pace.

Your work/home life doesn’t allow you to attend a studio class
you are an expectant mum, or indeed a new mum that needs some much needed you time where you can have your needs heard and tenderly met
You are traversing midlife (perhaps the menopause) and feel out of alignment physically, emotionally and energetically. A sense of needing to ‘find you’ again….
Due to injury/illness, studio classes aren’t able to meet your needs
You currently lack the confidence to practice in a group setting
You would like a class focused on your specific needs . eg, reducing stress, relaxation, getting stronger, increasing mobility and flexibility, pregnancy yoga, beginner, menopause
You would like to nurture yourself with restorative yoga and relaxation session
