VETIVER: Centre & Descend
Vetiver assists us in remaining grounded, and brings us individual back into focus. It encourages us to looking inwards, guiding us towards the root of our emotional issues on the journey to our centre. It strengthens self-trust and allows us to flow and move through life with greater ease so that we feel rooted but free and spacious at the same time.
BENZOIN: Stabilise & Transform
Benzoin's vanilla-like scent instills a sense of calm and invokes deep peace and safety. It encourages feelings of being held and supported and, when used with intention, can assist in creating focused thinking and mental clarity.
LAVENDER: The Oil of Communication & Transformation
Lavender encourages emotional honesty and offers us the courage to share our innermost desires, thoughts and feelings with others. It is a calming oil that soothes turbulent emotions and clears the mind, easing it of mental exhaustion, stress and anxiety. Lavender is believed to be a universal oil that travels to the site in the body that is in need of its healing and cleansing properties.
MANDARIN: The Oil of Sweet Peace and Comfort
Mandarin is quietly uplifting and infused with positivity. It can help you navigate negativity towards a more positive outlook, and can bring clarity and ease to a scattered mind. Mandarin helps to elicit feelings of safety and has a calming effect. It's believed to encourage peaceful dreams, so can be a beautiful oil to add to your nighttime routine in encouraging sound sleep.
BLUE & ROMAN CHAMOMILE: Calm, Peaceful & Content
Blue chamomile is both calming and cooling as well as deeply nourishing for both body and mind. Roman and Blue chamomile can help ease the mind's incessant chatter and assist in healing frayed nerves. They offer a sense of wellbeing and can settle emotional outbursts associated with hormonal shifts, encouraging calmness, peace and tranquillity.
Other beautiful blends you might like
For external use only. Although these essential oils have been blended, avoid contact with the eyes and mucus membranes and eyes. If the blends get into your eyes, wash them out with a vegetable oil (eg. olive oil,) instead of water.
If you have sensitive skin, you might like to perform a patch test before using the blends. Place a small amount on the back of your wrist and leave for around an hour. If irritation or redness occurs wash the area with olive oil then cold water, and avoid using the oil.
