Day 10: Guided Somatic Meditation

On the tenth day of Christmas, yoga gave to me... a somatic meditation to help me tune in to my body and honour its needs.


My gift to you today is a somatic meditation to help you check in with yourself, tune in to how you're feeling physically and emotionally so that you can honour where you you find yourself and offer yourself some grace and compassion.


You could practice this towards the end of the day before you head to bed to allow the buzz of the day to settle and melt away, or perhaps you'd prefer to use this as an invitation to set an intention at the beginning of your day from a place of presence and steadiness.
