Apply to the centre of the chest (your energetic heart), back of the neck and wrists. Cup your hands over closed eyes, bringing the backs of the wrists close to your face. Rose helps us maintain focus and attention on the heart chakra, our centre of love. The aroma encourages compassion, kindness and tolerance, both towards yourself and others. It is also thought to reduce stress and worry, to alleviate anxiety and to ease symptoms of depression. Rose is a beautifully nurturing oil that encourage joy and happiness.

MANDARIN: The Oil of Sweet Peace and Comfort
Mandarin is quietly uplifting and infused with positivity. It can help you navigate negativity towards a more positive outlook, and can bring clarity and ease to a scattered mind. Mandarin helps to elicit feelings of safety and has a calming effect. It's believed to encourage peaceful dreams, so can be a beautiful oil to add to your nighttime routine in encouraging sound sleep.

NEROLI: Joy in the Present Moment
This gentle and sweet-scented oil invites us to believe in our ability to achieve our deepest heart's desire with loving intentions. Neroli elicits courage and mental strength, bringing inner peace and calm to a quiet mind. It reminds us to be gentle with ourselves and to carry that tenderness towards others supporting us to meet ourselves with compassion and presence.

Immortelle's rich, honey-like aroma offers qualities of warmth and nurturing yet it is also a quietly uplifting and empowering scent that supports deep breathing. Safety Disclaimer

For external use only. Although these essential oils have been blended, avoid contact with the eyes and mucus membranes and eyes. If the blends get into your eyes, wash them out with a vegetable oil (eg. olive oil,) instead of water.
If you have sensitive skin, you might like to perform a patch test before using the blends. Place a small amount on the back of your wrist and leave for around an hour. If irritation or redness occurs wash the area with olive oil then cold water, and avoid using the oil.
