IN-PERSON : Capacity: Strength, Space & Self-Regulation A 5-Week Yoga Series Class Details:  19|05 - 16|06| 2026 In-person 7.15pm - 8.15pm Storeys Field Centre Eddington INVESTMENT: £12 per class I feel genuinely excited to be offering this new 5-week block. It feels like a natural culmination of the past couple of years—both in my own practice and in what has been unfolding off the mat. A distillation of everything I’ve been exploring, refining, and returning to. We live in a world that is both beautiful and brutal. To borrow Glennon Doyle’s words, life is “brutiful.” And our nervous systems seem to be carrying much of that weight. For many of us—whether we realise it or not—we are navigating a near-constant state of overwhelm and overstimulation. It can leave us feeling stuck in a loop of stress, fatigue, irritability, emotional sensitivity, and that familiar sense of being tired but wired. While I don’t believe there is any one practice that is a magical fix, I do deeply believe that yoga—when approached in a considered, intelligent, and intentional way—can be a powerful and restorative support system for modern life. It becomes, in many ways, an apothecary for how we live now. Intentional movement, specific breath practices, mudras, vagal tone techniques, meditation, and mindful awareness—each powerful in their own right—when woven together with care can help us build something essential: Capacity. Not just relaxation, but resilience. The ability of the nervous system to move between energetic states with greater ease, awareness, and flexibility. What to expect: In this 5-week series, each class will be a complete standalone practice exploring: - Fluid, slow-flow yoga linked to a clear intention and breath awareness - One specific breath practice designed to build nervous system capacity (not always “relaxing,” but deeply regulating over time) - A mudra and / or meditation, often inspired by Kundalini traditions Simple vagus nerve and self-regulation tools to support balance and integration. An intelligent layering of practices designed to nourish, strengthen, and support your system The intention of this series: This is not about doing more. It is about developing the internal skill of capacity-building—learning how to meet life with more steadiness, more space, and more choice. Please note this is to book an in person drop in class.
