Join me in this 4 week series where we explore 4 of the body’s systems and how yoga, breathwork and intention can assit in influencing the health, wellbeing and balance of the our body.
Each week, we will explore a difrent system and use specific asanas (yoga postures) breathing techniqies and other practices taken from eastern modalities (such as qigong, ayurveda and yin yoga) to promote optimum vitality.
The 4 systems we will look at are the Digestive, Lymphatic, Musckuoketal and the Nervous system
Of course, although seperate in name and function, nothing in the body is seperate. Everything is interconnected and as such the health of one system will impact greatly on another. But it can be empowering to recognise that we have autonomy over our health and can positively impact how we experience our physical, energetic and mental health as we navigate life and move through our day…
