Weave more self-care into your everyday.
This three-and a half hour workshop is a self-care heaven incorporating mindful yoga flow with Rachael and coaching tips from Lavinia Brown (life coach) to help you take care of yourself on the deepest level.
Come and join us for an afternoon of yoga and self-discovery during which we will explore why taking time-out to rest and reboot is not a luxury, it's essential!
We will start with a beautiful, vinyasa flow yoga practice, moving through it with intention and enquiry to explore ways in which yoga and movement support us in our quest for balance. (This practice is accessible to all, regardless of yoga experience).
We will continue with an interactive workshop about self-care: what it means, why it is necessary, as well as how it positively impacts our sense of wellbeing. You will discover a range of practical ways in which you can ringfence your essential needs so that instead of feeling exhausted and demotivated by day-to-day life, you feel competent, confident and energised!
We will end with a deeply relaxing, restorative yoga session which allows our bodies to let go of tension we are often unaware of holding. Supporting it with blankets, cushions and blocks, our nervous systems can re-calibrate and return to a state of ‘rest & digest’, where real healing can occur.
You will leave feeling calm, reinvigorated and armed with handy tools and techniques that you can apply during your day-to-day life to support you to feel peaceful and content.
