In this six week series we go back to beautiful basics. Each week, we'll journey through each of the give spinal movements, exploring the physical, emotional and energetic effects of the various shapes. As breath and body move with both intention and attention, we'll also discover which spinal movements stimulate certain chakras, and how nurturing the health of our spine nourishes our entire being. Although there's a specific focus each class, sessions will always be balanced and well-rounded. 


Please note that these classes are mostly on Tuesday but there is one class that takes place on Wednesday**

Tuesday 17th November ~ Backbends

**Wednesday 25th November ~ Forward Folds

Tuesday 1st December ~ Lateral

Tuesday 8th December ~ Rotation

Tuesday 15th December ~ Neutral & Inversions

Tuesday 22nd December ~ A Beautiful Whole

Classes are all live-streamed online between 19:30 and 20:30 and can be practiced in the sanctuary of your own space. You'll also receive a recording that you can access for 5 days in case you can't attend live.

Feel free to drop in for individual sessions (£7) that resonate or sign up to the series in full (£35).

Next steps:

1. Once you've registered for the class online, you'll receive an email requesting payment in order to secure your spot. Once you've made payment, your spot is secured and you'll be sent more information on how to access the live class and recording.
