THE MAGIC OF MUDRAS

If you have practised with me for a while, you may well have noticed that our practice will be sprinkled with Hasta Mudras (hand gestures). These are energetic seals performed with the hands, which are believed to help direct & affect the flow of energy through the body. They are thought to enhance overall wellbeing & enable us to tap into and attune to subtle but powerful energy reserves. Not just felt on the physical level, hasta mudras can also affect our emotional & mental wellbeing. I love how these hand gestures can add another yet anoter beautiful layer to my practice & I would love to share some of them with you over the coming weeks. 

A few you will be familiar with, some may be new to you, but all will be introduced in a carefully considered way alongside a specific intention for our practice. Some of the mudras we will look at in this series include Ganesha mudra (remover of obstacles) & Padma mudra (symbolism of purity) 

Specific Essential oils will also be  a beautiful addition to this series so where appropriate, I will recommend a particular oil(s) before class to enhance your experience of the practice.

As always, this 4 week series is bookable as a block @ £28 or of course if you prefer to ‘drop in’ you can do so @ £8 a class.

On booking your place, you will automatically receive both  the zoom link to the live stream Tuesday evening an hour before class & also the recording early on Wednesday morning (which is availale for youtoo access as many times as you wish for two weeks)
