Our next block explores the beautfiul, holistic world of Ayurveda and the Doshas. Over the next four weeks we will dip our toes into this beautiful ancient Indian art forging a healthy and luminous life.
One of the main principles of Ayurveda is cultivating and maintaining harmony between our body, mind and spirit and is grounded in the belief that each of us is born with a distinct Dosha/body (‘body’ which encompasses body, mind, soul) which in turn has individual needs.
Our Doshas (Kapha, Pitta or Vatta) encompass everything that we are ~ our preferences, personality, build, emotional and physical traits, and…
