In this extended class, we'll explore the great Mother Goddess and how we can access her within us all. We'll delve into her qualities and power and explore what it's like to feel her presence. 

The great Mother wisdom goddess Bhauvenshavari is sometimes referred to as the ‘Cosmic Womb’ (‘in which all things are held and out of which, all things are born’). Through her energy, we can access a space filled with creativity, compassion, understanding and, above all, love. This offers us the freedom to grow and blossom, to hold space for others in our care with empathy and deep listening.

Using mindful vinyasa sequencing, restorative yoga, mudras and essential oil blends (which you'll be able take away with you), step into our feminine power and create the space to hold and be held. To ensure that everyone gets the opportunity to book, if you haven't made payment within 48 hours, your place will be released so it can be offered to someone else.
