Fire governs our heart, mind, and spirit and as seen in many traditions, symbolisies mental clarity, focus and purpose.

Peace, ease and wellbeing are experienced when the heart is peaceful and when we cultivate alignment between our thoughts and actions. and both inner and outer lansscape is in harmony.

The longer light filled, warm days of Summer offer us the perfect backdrop to gather all that nourishes and sustains us . We are gifted with abundant opprotunitities to experience the simple joys of beng allve when we simply awaken our senses and realise the beautiful potential that lies within each and every one of us. She sits patiently waiting to blossom and bloom, connecting us to inate joy, wisdom and purpoose.
