Join me on the mat for a five-week yoga series and let me guide you through the five “niyamas” (personal observances) in relation to self-care and well-being.
Together, we'll explore insights, tools and practices to support and nourish us from the inside out, weaving together the sacred threads of body, mind and soul. Each week, we’ll use one of the “niyamas” as a starting point for movement on the mat, paying attention to how these ideas reflect in our daily habits off the mat.
We'll discover that self-care is not selfish but rather a way to take responsibility and ownership of our self and the reality we create for ourselves. We'll begin to nourish our inner and outer landscape in such a way that we develop a more balanced emotional and mental state of wellbeing.
Every class will include:
