A monthly, face-to-face Sacred Saturday Flow that honours a different theme each month.
Notes:
- Spaces are limited so we can practice together at a safe distance
- Please bring your own mat and any props you'd like to use to support your practice
- Parking is available at the side of the building at at the opposite end of the Boules Green
- Advance booking is essential!
