A monthly, face-to-face Sacred Saturday Flow that honours a different theme each month.Â
Notes:
- Spaces are limited so we can practice together at a safe distance
- Please bring your own mat and any props you'd like to use to support your practice
- Parking is available at the side of the building at at the opposite end of the Boules Green
- Advance booking is essential!

How to secure your place
Once you've registered for the class online, you'll receive an email requesting payment in order to secure your spot. Once you've made payment, your place is secure!Â
