It gives me so much  joy to bring you this 4 week series of just some of the practices that have resonated with me mpst over the years. They are what I return to again and again in my personal yoga and wellness practice both on and off the mat to help find steadiness, ease and joy in hithis beautiful but often complex and difficult life

Living with Intention is not something that is limited to the time we spend on the mat, rather (for me) it is a way of life. It is moving with awreness and mindfullness thorugh the day. Being clear what ones values are and how to navigate lifes complexities so as we stay close and true to these values.
