With rest as our anchor, the world can feel brighter, our resilience stronger, and sense of ease restored.
As the nights draw in and the air turns crisp, this evening offers you the chance to press pause and cocoon yourself in calm. We’ll begin with warming cacao and a guided meditation to soften the senses, before easing into slow, floor-based movement, gentle breath work, and simple self-massage to encourage our tired body-mind to softly unfurl and unwind.
