The Radiant Woman Day Retreat is back!
This time, we meet our radiance as we prepare to move into the more yin and introspective seasons of deep autumn and winter.
As the landscape turns to rich golden hues, layered textures and colder days, we may also notice shifts within ourselves: changes in our energy, emotions, needs and desires. Perhaps a little more tiredness, a longing to slow down, or a natural pull to turn inward as the days shorten and cool.
Rather than resisting the wisdom of the season—or our bodies—what if we learned to work with it?
