By far my most favourite day of the year. The day is at its longest, the sun at its most radiant and powerful and everything in nature is about to explode into abundance and wonder.

It genuinely brings me so much excitment to have secured this day at PAUS for us. I could not think of a more magical way to celebrate midsummers day with you.

Let us harness the energy of the midsummer Sun and open ourselves up to Creativity & Positivity through yoga, essential oils, bathing, connection and food!

The half way point of the year, midsummers day aids as a potent and magical time to re-visit intentions, review how far we've come, re-assess if our intentions still hold true and refine how we intend to traverse the second half of the  year.

We will spend the day marinading our senses in the glorious abundance of nature, beginning, if the weather is kind ot us, practicing a radiant, sun inspired yoga flow with your own essential oil blend gifted to you, out in the meadow. Here, we'll explore the organ and element associated with summer ~ the heart and fire. which in TCM, is said to house the shen (spirt).

It is when we are living aligned to our intentions, purpose and passions, that our spirit feels calm, centered, and grounded and we experience ease, vitality and welbeing.

After our yoga practice, we will continue to nourish our senses in the abundance of summer as we meander further up the meadow to bathe in the wood fired hot tubs with a complimentry glass of Prosecco/G&T /Elderflower fiz. This part of the day is ALWAYS magical and has a way of forging beautfiful connections and memories .

And then we conclude our midsummers day by gathering together at the renowned PAUS  hilltop Bistro where we will share platters of homemade pizzas under the misdsummer night sky.!
