It is in the darkness of winter that the seeds to our deepest dreams are laid

When the trees are laid bare, the fields fallow and the wildlife hibernating, magic begins to be spun beneath the surface…..

Just because something can’t be seen ( yet) it doesn’t mean nothing is happening…. 

InTCM Winter is associated with the element of water and the Wisdom contained within. It is a time of great potency, magic and surrender.

A time to get quiet . Really quiet and begin setting the foundation for what we want to feel and achieve once the sun and warmth returns.

Join me in this very special workshop where we will weave a rich tapestry of yoga, reflection, essential oils, creativity, inspiration and Intention to set the scene for the incoming winter and new year

Let us create a grace filled space to release what has served us well this year so as we can cultivate the space required for incoming inspirations and Intetnions.

We will move old energies up and out. Meditate, visualise and set intentions for the new year through creating our own vision boards and reflect on journaling prompts. These refections and insights will be sealed with the most delicous and luxurious ‘Nest Rest’ of deeply restorative practices  intended to hold, settle and soothe you, so as the seeds of our intentions  can be marinaded and nourished fully from within.

The day will be full of the PAUS magic that we have come to look forward too in these seasonal retreats. After our time together in the studio, we will make our way to the top of the meadow to the Bistro, sitting together to share seasonal home cooked food lovingly prpeared by the PAUS team before we move into a late afternoon fairy light lit hot tub and sauna experience.

We have been lucky enough to host a number of retreats at PAUS and they are always without fail VERY special.
