This 5 week sries brings us back to one of my favourite themes to explore: The 5 Great Elements.
Each week, we will explore a different element and how it influences our expereince of the world in a physical, energetic and emeotional basis. When we beome more aware of nature outside of us, we more easily awaken to our true nature within...
I love working with the elements as it has a real relevance for how we intereact with our seasons, world and the people we share our lives with.
From the stabiilty and 'grounded' feeling working with the Earth element , through to the passion, drive and energy we expereince from Fire come and practice mindful movement, specifc breathwork to balance each element and mudras to cultivate harmony and ease through body and mind.
