A very special retreat where we come together to reflect on the past year with gentle heart opening, self nurturing practices and where we take time to tenderly enquire how we wish to create an exquisite next chapter with our own sacred hands.

Let us create a sacred space where we can come as we are. Tired, elated or in need of nourishment. Let us connect to the gate keeper our emotions, our breath to help guide us back to our centre~ our home. Let us move through what this year has gifted and taught us whilst excavating soft fertile lands for rich new beginnings.

Connection to kindred spirits has long been known to boost our levels of happiness and wellness, so after a beautiful 2 hours of gentle movement, restorative practices and connection, we will make our way together to the Hilltop Bistro to nourish our bodies and souls with good company, and home cooked food,. What follows is then a a balm for the body and mind….Wood fired hot tubs, perhaps a walk through the barefoot sensory trail, a meander into to the hammock alley to rest or read a while.

It really will be the most wonderful gift to yourself, for a loved one, or for a friend and it would be joy to spend some time with you

Spaces will be limited so we can create an intimate sacred space and make the most of the beautiful studio.
