Hygge ~ Acknowledging the sacred in the secular, the beauty in the mundane, and of gifting something ordinary an extra- special context.

At its heart, Hygge is about celebration and mindfulness. It is the experience of connection anchored in the present moment and together, we'll turn it into a practice where we can come together to find shelter, respite, joy, and community.

Due to the current restrictions, this in-person class is now moving online so if you had wished to attend but lived too far from Cambridge, it would be wonderful to have you join us as we explore the concept of Hygee in its purest form. So although we may be limited at the moment by how we physically connect with others, we can take comfort in knowing that we are not alone in our experience. Through separatness, we are united. And as we come together to practice with shared intention and attention, we'll begin to feel the invisible thread that binds us all together.

Price: This class was originally £12 but will now be offered at £10. Those all ready booked on I will be in touch to refund the price difference.

How to secure your place

Once you've registered for the class online, you'll receive an email requesting payment in order to secure your spot. Once you've made payment, your place is secure!
