It’s just that sometimes…well sometimes life gets busy, life gets complicated and you can become a little lost along the way….

Join me in a very special day where we pause & reconnect to our glorious essence & grace which has carried you though so much and deserves celebrating.

We will come together as a joyous collective to celebrate our strength &. Wonder & also take time to recognise & honour the power in rest and replenishing our reserves.

You do so very much for many. This is your day to say ‘Thank you’ to Glorious You.

The day will begin with coffee or herbal tea on arrival followed by an outside yoga practice (weather permitting ~ otherwise it will be in the brand new studio space)

After our practice, we will enjoy a beautifully prepared seasonal lunch by PAUS and then it is time kick back and enjoy the wood fired hot tub bathing experience PAUS are famous for!! Doing this time, you will have opportunity to explore the grounds~ lounge in one of the hammocks, go for a walk, or simply relax and soak up the surroundings.

Our day together will be rounded off with a replenishing and fortifying restorative style yoga practice where you will each receive a special essential oil blend created by me especially for this workshop.
