FRIDAY NIGHT MAGIC: YOGA & PIZZA

If you are anything like me, it can feel good to have a few nice things to look froward to on the horizen. Especially when we are in the depths of winter.

I have been working behind the scene to ofer you just that, a few gems to sit in your diary for you to look forward too.

Gems that will nourish you on all the levels ~ good movement, good rest, good company and of course good food…..

One of whcih, I would love to share. a little with you now….

How does a little Firday night magic sound to you in the form of Yoga and homemade woodfired pizza ~ I know right ~ So good!!!

Finish your week and eneter the weekend in the most delcious soul boosting way…..90 minutes of warming Flow & Restore yoga follwed by sharing platters of woodfired pizza at PAUS hilltop bistro. (individula dietry needs caterd for)

We will leave the week behind us and create space in our practice to replenish and restore our energy. Breathing practices, essential oils and intentional sequencing will leave our body-heart-mind restored and expansive, ready to come together to feast on sharing platters of home made pizzas (individual needs caterd for)

There is nothing that beats the feel of nourishing our bodies as a group~ as a community. That in itsself is medicine. Combine it with

a beautfiul meadow backdrop and a full weekend ahead of you and you have the reciepe for something quite wonderful!

This event does not include bathing BUT, if you wish to use the hot tubs before our event you can book seperately through PAUS website.
