Each week, we will explore a different element and how it influences our experience of the world on a physical, energetic and emeotional basis. When we beome more aware of nature outside of us, we more easily awaken to our true nature within...
I love working with the elements as it has a real relevance for how we intereact with our seasons, world and the people we share our lives with.Â
From the stabiilty and 'grounded' feeling of the Earth element , through to the passion, drive and energy we experience from Fire, come and practice mindful movement, specifc breathwork  and mudras to cultivate harmony and ease through body and mind. We will also explore how certain essential oils can enhance our experience of the elementsÂ
