December Rest Nest: A Cozy Evening of Restorative Yoga, Essential Oils & Massage

As the year gently winds down and the holiday season approaches, why not press pause and gift yourself an evening of deep rest and nurturing self-care through gentle movement, restorative yoga, essential oils, and soothing massage.

This nurturing and replenishing evening will be held in tandem with my daughter Lilly from Soul Skin & Beauty, who will be offering her soothing touch with light neck, chest, and scalp massages during our practice (if you wish)

We will begin with gentle, intuitive movement to open the body and quiet the mind,  easing into deeply restful restorative yoga during which time Lilly will come around offering scalp, neck and chest massage with my aromatherapy Intentional Blends.
