In this six week series we go back to beautiful basics. Each week, we'll journey through the spinal movements (standing, forward bends, back bends, side bends, twists and inversions) and using basic alignment cues along with dynamic and restorative sequencing, explore the physical, emotional and energetic effects of the various shapes.
By cultivating a sense of attention and presence in the practice, we may notice the subtle but potentially powerful effect each of the different groups have on our nervous system and body-mind connection
Though there's a specific focus each class, sessions will always be balanced and well-rounded.
As always, this 6-week series is bookable as a block @ £45 or if you prefer to ‘drop in’ you can do so @ £8 a class.
Classes are all live-streamed online between 19:30 and 20:30 and can be practiced in the sanctuary of your own space. You'll also receive a recording that you can access for 5 days in case you can't attend live.
Feel free to drop in for individual sessions (£7) that resonate or sign up to the series in full (£35).
