This pop-up yoga flow class is for every body. Move dynamically with the breath through a creative sequence of postures supported by the power of intention.Â
Price: £12 drop-in; £30 for a block of 3Â
How to secure your place
Once you've registered for the class online, you'll receive an email requesting payment in order to secure your spot. To ensure that everyone gets the opportunity to book, if you haven't made payment within 48 hours, your place will be released so it can be offered to someone else. Once you've made payment, your place is secure!Â
