This workshop is not about a New Year, New You. You my love are perfect as you are. You are more than ok. You are more than enough. This is simply a way to re-ignite that inner flame. To reconnect to purpose, desire and our inner alignment.

These last two years have been alot for us all in a myriad of ways and whilst certainly not all bad, it has been a time unprecidented change and uncertainty making it easy to forget what is important to us. What lights us up?, what brings inspiration, joy, happiness and contentment….

In our time togther we will create a space to think about some of the qualities that have perhaps been absent for a while. How would it feel to invite a little more joy and inspiration into your everyday life.

When we have an idea of what quallites we maybe missing in our everyday life, we become more awake to createing intentional ways of living that bring more of these qualities forward. By bringing awareness and attention to your intnetions, you become accountable and can make informed choices as to what and whom you give you precious time and energy too. You begin creating a life that moves you closer towards your intentions and inner compass.

It may not be about making big changes, but rather refining, and discerning where you choose to place your beutiful awarenss so as to create a luminous and intentional life.
