A little note from me to you......

As we near the end of 2024, I want to express my deepest gratitude to each of you for sharing your time, energy, and practice with me throughout this year.
It feels as if 2024 has flown by, perhaps more quickly than any other year to date!
Together, we’ve shared day retreats, monthly workshops, and weekly practices. Most exciting of all, we’ve come back together in person at the beautiful Storeys Field Centre for our Tuesday evening classes, alongside the option to practice virtually. It has been such a joy seeing some of you again 'in real life'!
This year, I’ve found myself more drawn to offering slower, richer practices—ones that are steeped in elixirs for a more resilient nervous system through rest, breath, sound, and mindful movement.
The tangible effects of slowing down have been deeply felt. Instead of pushing through a fitness or wellness checklist, I’ve been giving myself—and my students—the space to explore whatever is present in the moment. This approach has felt incredibly liberating and fortifying.
While there are still days when my physical practice is stronger, it’s been just as important to balance these with softer, slower practices where the intention is simply to drop in, observe, and respond without judgment.
The greatest lesson this year has been recognising—and embracing the understanding—that there is a time for action and creation, and equally, a time for rest, reflection, and simply being.
Tuning into the rhythm of the seasons, both externally in nature and internally within ourselves, has been key to making this transition. It’s a practice that gently guides us to live more intuitively and, over time, helps us listen to and trust the natural flow of our energy.
Thank you for being part of this journey with me. Your openness, presence, and dedication inspire me everyday. So. here is to a new year and continued moments of shared practice, growth and joy
